The candidate will lead a 20-person team, coordinate with the Plant Manager, and ensure safety and HR policy compliance. This exempt, full-time position offers a structured schedule and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years leading or supervising teams in manufacturing.
• Experience managing a team of 20 employee owners; strong leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments.
• Establish or adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Interpret specs, blueprints, and job orders and assign duties.
• Act as a technical resource to address inquiries and problems.
• Document and assure safety, HR policy, and reporting compliance.
• Coach employees and drive a culture of high engagement.
