Technical Metal Specialties is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in New Berlin, WI. The role oversees up to 15 employees and drives teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Supervises and coordinates manufacturing activities.
• Develops employees and promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Analyses and resolves work problems; supports team efforts to implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures consistency in processes and procedures across shifts.
• Provides coaching and development for staff; may make employment decisions.
• Performs work of production positions when needed (laser operator, brake press operator, weld, robot weld, turret presses, assembly).
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results.
• Manages production measures and reports progress to management.
