Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 2+ years leading teams in manufacturing with hiring/termination input.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage ~20 employees.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments.
• Establish or adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Interpret specs, blueprints, and job orders; assign duties.
• Act as a technical resource to address inquiries and problems.
• Document and ensure safety, HR policy, and reporting compliance.
• Coach employees, manage performance and foster engagement.
