You will train new hires, troubleshoot, maintain records, and uphold safety and quality standards in compliance with OSHA. The role requires HS Diploma and 2+ years manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read and follow procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Set up 3+ machines and run parts to spec and finish requirements.
• Train new hires and assist operators to minimize downtime.
• Perform first article verification when required.
• Troubleshoot and report issues; maintain records.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow OSHA rules.
