You will train new hires, perform complex troubleshooting, and maintain records while upholding safety and quality guidelines in a fast-paced environment with a 15% shift differential and a $4K sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Operate multiple machines and follow set-up cards.
• Read instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Train new hires and minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3+ machines simultaneously to produce parts with precise finish.
• Set up machines, adjust speeds/feeds, replace tooling as needed.
• Use gauges and measuring tools to verify dimensions and calibrations.
• Perform first article verification when required.
• Assist and train operators to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and report issues; improve efficiency and safety.
