Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications a plus.
• Ability to perform basic computer skills and math calculations.
• Understand the process and perform simple troubleshooting within job scope.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing production demands.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk up to 10 hours.
• Knowledge of forklift operations or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate crushing and grading equipment.
• Handle abrasive grain, filling and packing for shipments or storage in the warehouse.
• Maintain safe, harmonious teamwork within the plant.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
