Washington Mills in North Grafton, MA is seeking a Bagging Machine Operator to monitor and operate the auto bagger system on the production line. This 2nd shift role runs Monday–Thursday 3 pm–1 am with occasional Fridays; overtime on Fridays.

What You’ll Do
The Bagging Machine Operator (BMO) will work with and directly report to the plant’s Production Foreman. The BMO will be directly involved in the monitoring and operation of the auto bagger system and trouble shoot as needed but will be required to work in other areas as directed and should remain flexible.
This position will work with various sizes of abrasive grain and put those grains into containers for customer shipments or store in one of several warehouse locations throughout the plant. The BMO will be responsible for working harmoniously and safely within a team environment. This position is 2ndShift: Monday – Thursday from 3 pm – 1 am with occasional hours required on Fridays.
