Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Second Shift Operations Leader to oversee daily manufacturing in the Combustion and 3DP departments. This role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production lines while leading hourly coverage on the second shift.

The candidate will drive KPI achievement through manpower planning, gap management, and disciplined SOP execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 2nd Shift (2:15pm–10:45pm) with flexibility.
• Experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an operation to reach targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety; lead continuous improvement.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy/strategy.
• Understand business drivers and how team integrates with other teams.
• Use judgment and propose solutions with guidance; solve straightforward tasks.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members as an early people leader.
