Job summary

Prolec GE Vernova is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Wisconsin facility. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to lead a unionized workforce.

You will drive safety, quality, and delivery while coaching teams across shifts. You will monitor production, solve issues in real time, and push continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a unionized production team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor production flow, troubleshoot issues in real time, and remove barriers to efficiency.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback for shifts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost targets.
