Job summary

Allegion in Greenfield, IN is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for Stanley Access Technologies. You will lead 40–50 team members, manage personnel actions, and ensure outputs meet quality standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 3+ years of supervisory experience, a proven leadership record, an analytical mindset, and knowledge of lean methodologies; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Shift: Mon–Fri 3:30pm–12:00am; Saturdays as needed.

2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, Stanley Access Technologies - Greenfield, IN

The 2nd Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for 40-50 team members. This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action. The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team.

2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am; Saturdays, as needed
