Job summary

Allegion plc, Greenfield, IN, is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for Stanley Access Technologies. The role leads 40–50 team members, makes personnel decisions, and drives production while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am with Saturdays as needed. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Implements and administers organizational functions and processes to ensure they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance.
• Tracks processes and prepares reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
• Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
• Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures output meets expectations.
