Job summary

The successful candidate will operate a sit-down forklift, follow instructions precisely, and work well in a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required based on demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training a plus.
• Experience operating sit-down forklift is required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete documentation; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place completed material onto pallets and build/wrap pallets for shipment.
• Load finished goods onto pallets according to product specifications; ensure safe handling.
• Report damages or inconsistencies to shift supervisor promptly; maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support other departments as needed based on production demands.
