Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Prior Lake, MN to lead the 2nd shift team and ensure high-quality, on-time production. You will manage schedules, coordinate with leaders, and support safety and training initiatives.

You will drive daily huddles, monitor performance, and resolve issues, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. This role requires hands-on leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills to direct a shop floor team.
• Ability to read production drawings and interpret company documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 2nd shift employees to ensure efficient, high‑quality production.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure schedules and targets are met.
• Coordinate with plant leadership to align shop floor activities with the production schedule.
• Support quality control with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Promote safety with weekly observations and STOP WORK authority.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new employees.
