Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation is seeking a Department Lead for the 1st shift at the Prior Lake facility to oversee Paint, Pack & Ship operations. You will drive daily activity, train staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, supervising equipment, and coordinating with leadership to resolve issues, while upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards and MIRATECH procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily 1st shift activities within Paint, Pack & Ship to meet production goals.
• Provide direction, training, and support to team members.
• Ensure processes meet ISO 9001:2015 standards and MIRATECH procedures.
• Maintain documentation including inspection, certification, and shipping records.
• Oversee use of paint equipment, packaging tools, saws, nails guns, cranes, and PCs.
• Monitor and perform routine maintenance of warehouse and paint equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization across work areas.
• Act as contact for shift performance issues and communicate with leadership.
