Job summary

Precision Pulley & Idler (PPI) in Humboldt, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will coordinate maintenance, upgrades and repairs to ensure reliable processes and equipment, while enforcing safety and quality standards.

Lead and support maintenance staff, prioritize TPM programs, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and improve performance. The role requires blueprints literacy, problem solving, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and reports.
• Apply problem solving to maximize operating efficiencies.
• Perform same work as other skilled trades members.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and upgrades of assets.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and enforced.
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of assets.
• Provide input on employee performance.
• Utilize PM/TPM programs and work with engineers on procedures.
