Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS and TPM programs.
• Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Strong leadership and resource planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of Maintenance Technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Schedule and assign work to minimize disruptions to production.
• Lead initiatives to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency.
• Coach and monitor maintenance personnel; ensure safe and efficient work.
• Promote safety through policies, training, and performance monitoring.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and equipment failures.
• Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (CMMS).
• Maintain KPIs for equipment reliability and OEE.
• Assist in budgeting and resource planning with Maintenance Manager.
