Job summary

PPS-HPS is hiring a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and shredders. This role suits hands-on, mechanically skilled individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

This is a 2nd shift position (2pm-12am). You will troubleshoot mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, install equipment from blueprints, and work with welding tools as needed while maintaining strict safety protocols and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance using Express Maintenance software.
• Install and align new equipment from blueprints.
• Use welding/fabrication tools safely (MIG/Stick a plus).
• Collaborate with electricians and other technicians.
• Follow all safety protocols including LOTO and PPE use.
