Job summary

Precision Pulley & Idler (PPI) in Humboldt, IA is seeking a full-time Utility to operate and support production lines, producing defined quantities of parts according to customer specifications. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to quality and working safely.
• Must have strong organizational skills; be detail-oriented and deadline driven.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and with minimal direction.
• Demonstrate a consistent and appropriate sense of urgency.
• Handle multiple projects and exercise disciplined time management.
• Ability to interact with Management Team in a professional manner to continually enhance the company’s performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and produce parts per specs.
• Read prints and schedules; follow procedures.
