Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, machine performance analysis, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality across the plant. High school diploma or GED and relevant technical certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.
• Knowledge of robotics, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience and ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow safety protocols.
