Job summary

Voltava seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support uptime, analyze machine performance, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and safety goals.

The role requires hands-on expertise in robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.
• Knowledge of robotics, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience and ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens Step 7 controls.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and facility systems.
• Ability to work safely with lockout/tagout procedures and other safety requirements.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
