Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to support plastic injection molding operations. The role focuses on installation, repair and preventative maintenance of plant machinery, robots, welders and presses.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong electrical and mechanical skills, PLC knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Experience with PLCs is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures and root causes.
• Repair plant machinery and equipment including robots, welders, hydraulic presses and mechanical presses.
• Provide mechanical and electrical support for plant equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Observe functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards and adjustment needs.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
