Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) to support production by diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and mechanical systems. The role emphasizes PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and documentation of work performed to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, an associate degree in Industrial Electrical or related technical training, and familiarity with PLCs from multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with high-volume automated production equipment.
• Associate Degree in Industrial Electrical or 2-year technical school equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting sensors, switches, PLCs and related control circuitry (0-10VDC, 4-20mA).

Responsibilities

• Inspect industrial machinery to identify wear, damage, or malfunction.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs or component replacements.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Follow 5S and maintain cleanliness across the facility and work areas.
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma training and continuous improvement events.
• Assist in training maintenance staff and possibly support Plant Emergency Response Team.
• Ensure processes and materials meet company and customer quality requirements.
