Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will supervise a team, coordinate with engineering, and ensure reliable equipment performance across the facility.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, experience with 480-volt systems, CNC/robotics familiarity, and a readiness to work extended hours to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical knowledge.
• Strong communication, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance tasks and ensure consistent shift handoffs.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering for equipment upgrades and safety improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule and manage downtime.
• Support lean initiatives and 5S within the team.
• Travel occasionally for training or site support.
