Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical certification preferred.

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company machinery and equipment in proper working order.
• Provide on-call emergency repairs and breakdown response.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine root causes.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance with the team.
• Support machine safety improvements and housekeeping initiatives.
• Work with machine operators to resolve issues and optimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance shop organization and tool inventory.
