Job summary

Ingram Content Group (ICG) in Roseburg, OR is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to support the Manufacturing team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain facility equipment to OEM standards, with a strong emphasis on safety and uptime.

The role requires at least a HS Diploma or GED and ~1 year of production/manufacturing technician experience. A shift may include 12-hour length during onboarding and a $2.00/hr differential is provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year as a technician in a production or manufacturing environment or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment failures and provide complex emergency/unscheduled repairs.
• Ensure repairs and downtime do not impact service levels.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Operate motorized equipment (forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper).
• Maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
• Understand electrical wiring and power distribution.
• Understand mechanical functions and applications.
• Read electrical schematics and prints.
• Basic PLC understanding.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
