Responsibilities include:

1. Operate all necessary tools and machines, including electrical meters, hand tools, power tools, torches, grinders, welders, forklifts, aerial lifts, overhead cranes, and computer equipment.
2. Maintain a basic working knowledge of pumps, welders, punches, presses, shears, cranes, hoists, conveyors, and small pneumatic and electrical tools.
3. Troubleshoot line repairs and breakdowns.
4. Conduct maintenance and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and shop equipment.
5. Perform machine and fixture setups.
6. Operate overhead cranes and other lifting devices.
7. Read and interpret prints and schematics.
8. Manage maintenance inventory and operate a maintenance database.
9. Perform basic welding and work with a torch.
10. Complete all tasks safely, efficiently, accurately, and productively, adhering to company policies.
11. Contribute to producing a quality product as part of a team.
12. Provide own tools and perform maintenance tasks.
13. Work mandatory overtime as required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, ability to read blueprints, basic math skills, and willingness to learn lean concepts. Training may include LOTO, aerial lift, and other safety certifications.
