Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for issues; using testing instruments.
- Remove defective parts by dismantling devices; using hand and power tools; examining parts.
- Determine changes in dimensional requirements by inspecting used parts with measuring instruments.
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments with hand tools, levels, and straightedges.
- Control downtime by informing production workers about routine maintenance; monitoring compliance.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies; check stock levels; place and verify orders.
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently.
- Provide maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Prepare maintenance reports by analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
- Maintain team continuity by documenting actions, irregularities, and needs.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least three (3) years of maintenance experience in a warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Walking, sitting for prolonged periods, bending, kneeling, stooping.
- Frequent use of hands and wrists; fine manipulation skills.
- Lifting up to 20 pounds.
