Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC on second shift seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our high-speed beverage canning operations. You troubleshoot, repair production equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

You'll work 4 days a week (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM OR 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with 3-day weekends and on-call for urgent issues. 3+ years in industrial maintenance on high-speed equipment required; English fluency essential; overtime and weekend availability.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing on high-speed equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment using mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Respond quickly to production line calls and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
Support product setups, changeovers, and general production operations.
Monitor equipment for unusual sounds, movements, or performance issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards (OSHA, FDA, EPA).
Provide support and guidance to production teams when needed.
