Job summary

SRC Automotive, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift, with overtime on Fridays. You will perform routine maintenance on plant equipment, use hand tools, and assist maintenance teams to prevent equipment failures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read instructions and follow simple diagrams.
• Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools.
• Ability to be certified on company forktruck and scissorlift equipment; must not be afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance duties including machine lubrication and simple maintenance tasks.
• Maintains records in the maintenance tracking system.
• Performs routine building and grounds maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assists Maintenance Tech I & II with non-routine maintenance as directed.
