Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a maintenance technician to install, service, and repair production equipment on the 2nd shift in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves maintaining machines, performing PMs, and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; an Associate degree is preferred. The position requires reading blueprints and following safety procedures, with duties including lock

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and service production equipment.
• Perform machine maintenance, repairs, and PMs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals and other work instructions.
• Lock out / tag out procedures must be followed.
• Work with minimal supervision on second shift (2:30pm–11pm).
• Support continuous improvement and safety requirements.
