Job summary

Blue Polymers, LLC is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (7PM–7AM, 2/2/3 shift) at 1010 W Hanna Ave, Indianapolis, IN. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve plant utility systems, ensuring safety, quality, and KPIs are met.

Collaboration with contractors and vendors is required, with emphasis on continuous improvement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus vocational Industrial Maintenance training or 2+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial Maintenance vocational program or 2+ years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Ability to read, speak and write English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve plant utility systems.
• Plan, organize and execute maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate parts orders and work with contractors/vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Document work in CMMS and follow safety procedures.
