Job summary

Clearbridge Executive Search is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Rutherfordton, NC facility on the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM). You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor to keep die-casting and plastic injection molding operations safe, efficient, and productive.

The role requires troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Experience maintaining die-casting machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining plant equipment, facilities, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Install and repair electrical components; support controller programming and industrial control systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work orders.
