Job summary

Henkel is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Brandon, SD. You will perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support installations and changeovers to minimize downtime.

Qualified candidates will have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, experience with CMMS, and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals and work instructions.
• Experience using CMMS and maintaining maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
• Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments, calibrations and startup activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and equipment history in CMMS.
