Qualifications

• Completion of technical or vocational training is required.
• At least 48 months of related experience with Allen Bradley, hydraulics, robotics and welding.
• Ability to troubleshoot die casting cell equipment using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion systems and implement fixes.
• Interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC-5, and ControlLogix for troubleshooting.
• Install and align ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
• Install, move, and align equipment.
• Operate machine shop equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform gas and electric welding operations.
• Maintain repair records and keep a neat work area.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Support supervision and team lead with other duties as assigned.
