Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support PLC troubleshooting, light programming, and robotics maintenance.
• Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting repairs as needed.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely.
• Support plant maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
