Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Wickliffe, OH foundry operations on the 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have experience with industrial manufacturing equipment, electrical troubleshooting, and multi-craft maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Foundry or heavy manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to climb and work at varying heights.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (110V-480V) and install conduit.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical equipment.
• Install and maintain gas, air, copper, stainless steel, PVC, and chemical piping systems.
• Perform basic welding, carpentry, painting, masonry, and HVAC repairs.
• Support plant utility and vacuum systems.
• Train and assist less experienced maintenance team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly handle hazardous waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
