Job summary

Weiman Products Llc, part of PurposeBuilt Brands, is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician in Manchester, TN. The role covers preventive maintenance and repair of filling and packaging lines, pumps, mixers, and related equipment.

The position is onsite with a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM schedule, Monday through Thursday, and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus. You will develop PM schedules, maintain parts inventories, and work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure GMP-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical, electrical and pneumatic maintenance and repairs.
• Experience with high-speed packaging and filling equipment is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on filling, packaging, pumps, mixers, and related equipment.
• Develop and administer PM schedules; update checklists and records.
• Maintain parts library and operating manuals; manage tools and inventory.
• Operate heavy equipment including fork trucks and power tools.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation following GMP and company policies.
