Job summary

PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Manchester, TN to perform preventative maintenance, repairs and equipment upkeep across filling and packaging lines. The role focuses on mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems and requires hands-on troubleshooting and documentation of PM activities.

Hours are 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. A $2,000 sign-on bonus may be available, with eligibility based on milestones and attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic maintenance.
• Able to read manuals and communicate with vendors.
• Experience with high-speed filling/packaging equipment and servo motors.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on equipment (filling, packaging, pumps, mixers, forklifts).
• Develop and administer PM schedules, update checklists and records per GMP requirements.
• Maintain parts library and operating manuals for equipment and plant.
• Manage maintenance tools and inventory; assist in cost evaluations for PM projects.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklift; use power tools safely.
• Support the team with any other maintenance tasks as needed.
