Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on process equipment and document work orders. After training (up to 3–4 months), you will be expected to independently service multiple pieces of equipment while adhering to CPI cGMP safety and company procedures.

Role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of cGMPs, MSDS, PPE, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 150 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Basic understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs).
• Knowledge of PPE and how/when to use it.
• Ability to read, write (legibly), and speak English for job duties.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 55 lbs. and move up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, teardown, and troubleshooting of cGMP production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment including boilers, HVAC, and purified water system.
• Perform calibrations on production equipment.
• Understand basic welding, plumbing, and electrical practices.
• Understand basic electrical diagrams.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Support facility projects as directed by Maintenance & Engineering.
• Follow CPI cGMP and CPI safety practices, policies, and procedures.
• Aware of Halal and/or Kosher requirements depending on position.
• Other duties as assigned.
