Job summary

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or technical training in Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Less than 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience performing equipment repairs.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to the team.
