Webasto SE in Lexington, KY is seeking a night shift Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, and support uptime.

You will read schematics, follow preventive maintenance practices, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining accurate records.

This entry-level to early-career role welcomes applicants with apprenticeship or technical training and less than 3 years of experience.

Formación

• Apprenticeship, vocational training, or technical education required.
• Less than 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and repairs experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment to ensure uptime.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and equipment specs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements and procedures.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• This is a night shift position: Mon-Fri 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to the team

This is what you bring to us

• Apprenticeship, vocational training, or technical education in Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field
• Less than 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience performing equipment repairs
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and manufacturing processes
