Job summary

Webasto SE in Lexington, KY seeks a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Midday/Evening). You will perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to keep lines running and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include preventive/predictive maintenance, reading technical drawings, supporting continuous improvement, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and maintaining maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or technical training in Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Less than 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience performing equipment repairs.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and manufacturing processes.

• This is a 2nd Midday/Evening shift position: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM-11:00 PM
