Job summary

Argus Manufacturing Services is hiring for a Direct-Hire Maintenance Technician in Madison, WI. This 2nd shift role runs Monday-Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM, with a pay rate of 28–34 USD per hour.

You will maintain production and packaging equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and address mechanical issues. You will document PMs and repair work, utilize standard maintenance tools, and follow lockout/tagout protocols to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals, technical instructions and blueprints.
• Comfort working on production and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform mechanical repairs.
• Document PMs and repair work accurately.
