Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
• Proven experience with electrical troubleshooting and the ability to read and understand schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and electronics.
• High safety awareness and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical problems in production equipment and facilities.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly and facilities operating efficiently.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and implement improvements.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and costs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize interruptions.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas and document all work performed.
• Evaluate systems and design improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Provide emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance after service windows.
