Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified duties including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines and plant facilities. This role includes preventive maintenance and documentation.

The position is 2nd shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday through Friday plus every other weekend. Candidates should have a 2-year trades degree or 4 years of plant maintenance experience, plus high school diploma and English

Qualifications

2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Welding and fabrication and basic electrical knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct maintenance according to skill level and safety policies and procedures.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
Detect faulty operations and report to maintenance manager.
Maintain documentation and use GMPs at all times.
