Job summary
ITT Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our facility in Pennsylvania. The role covers electrical, plumbing, heating, and sprinkler systems, plus support for installation of new equipment and CNC troubleshooting.
Strong written and spoken English is required in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include Kaizen participation, safety teamwork, daily activity reports, and hazardous waste handling in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Electrical, plumbing, heating, and sprinkler experience required.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
- Experience in production or manufacturing is beneficial; electricity coursework encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Repair plant electrical systems, plumbing, heating, and sprinkler systems.
- Install and assist in new equipment installation.
- Perform maintenance on production machinery and CNC equipment.
- Participate in Kaizen events and safety teams.
- Complete daily work reports and weekly safety inspections.
- Handle hazardous waste per environmental and safety regulations.
- Support general carpentry and facility repairs as needed.
