Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III for the 2nd shift in Mount Joy, PA. The role focuses on repairs and preventive maintenance to extend machine and facility life, while keeping a safe and orderly work environment in line with EH&S policies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience in manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills, and PLC knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an AA degree is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations for industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines following diagrams and manuals.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
• Ensure compliance with TE Connectivity EH&S policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to guide repairs.
• Be flexible to work some weekends and overtime.
