Qualifications

• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Safe setup, operation, inspection, and operator maintenance of Lap Line or Heat Treat work-centers; including loading/unloading of lapper and testers and furnaces.
• Produce components that meet Cummins design specifications, while meeting productivity and delivery targets.
• Perform changeovers, setups, recognize issues and make machine/process adjustments; support training and identify improvement opportunities for lapper, washer and tester.
