Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for the Riverside facility on 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday). You will oversee maintenance of production equipment and refrigeration systems, work with engineers and production, and lead upgrades to machinery to support growth.

You will mentor team members and drive uptime across PLC and electrical/ mechanical systems. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in industrial maintenance, strong coaching abilities, and excellent

• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others to higher levels of responsibility and skills.
• Strong trouble-shooting skills in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team to uphold Johnsonville standards.
• Coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Ensure effective communication between maintenance and operations across shifts.
