Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills required.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Word is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the 3rd shift maintenance team through training and development.
• Identify skill gaps and develop members to close the gap.
• Set work priorities and direct the team to complete planned work.
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules and responsibilities are followed.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Drive reliability efforts and implement proactive solutions.
• Communicate effectively between maintenance shifts on scheduling and projects.
